Shipping & Processing

All of our embroidered pieces are made to order, which means we create your item specifically for you after your order is placed.

Processing time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be embroidered, checked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Free Shipping:
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more.

Canada & United States:
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, shipping method, weather, and carrier delays.

International Orders:
If international shipping is available at checkout, please be aware that customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are outside our control.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided when available. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping provider.

Please double-check your address:
We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Made with care:
Because every item is embroidered and prepared individually, your order may take a little longer than a mass-produced item. We appreciate your patience while we make something just for you. ❤️
