What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us at alfatorco@gmail.com before sending your item back. Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I choose the right size?

Our tees and hoodies have a comfortable unisex fit. We recommend choosing your usual size for a regular fit, or sizing up for a more relaxed, oversized look. If you’re between sizes, we suggest going one size up.

When will I get my order?

Each piece is made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to embroider, check, and prepare your order for shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method, and an estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our apparel is carefully selected from trusted suppliers, then each piece is embroidered and prepared by us in Alberta, Canada. Every order is individually embroidered, checked, and packed with care before it makes its way to you.

How should I wash and care for my embroidered clothing?

To keep your embroidery looking its best, machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours and avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry, and do not iron directly over the embroidery.
